Immigration in a simple and professional way

The Agatha Rescue Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was created in 2024 out of attorney Danielle Hernandez's desire to offer people who are being victimized the opportunity to afford competent legal representation. One of the pillars of our advocacy work is providing the financial ability to seek private legal counsel to those who need immediate assistance with domestic violence restraining orders, divorce proceedings, and seeking legal help. Additionally, we offer free and low-cost immigration legal services to people who are experiencing abuse so they can escape and find safety.
DVH Law Group represents immigrant survivors who apply for immigration benefits through the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), obtain U and T Visas, and file political asylum cases. DVH Law Group also directs Agatha’s Fund resources to represent Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients through low-cost or pro bono legal services.

Why Agatha’s Rescue Fund?
When searching for a meaningful name, Danielle, who was raised in the Catholic faith, received the suggestion from her mother to use the name Saint Agatha, considered the protector of battered women and victims of sexual violence. This is how Agatha’s Fund was born.
